Increase in breathing rate – rise in the temperature of the body results in rapid and shallow breathing.

500 grams green mangoes
½ cup sugar or jaggery

Turn off the lid. Once the water comes down to room temperature, remove the peel and take out the mango pulp.
In a blender mix all the ingredients; sugar or jaggery, cumin seed
powder, rock salt, fennel seeds, salt and mint leaves (optional).
Finally, add the mango pulp and 2 cups of water.
Blend till it converts into a smooth paste.
Refrigerate for 1 – 2 hours and enjoy the drink.
The mango drink can be consumed 2 – 3 times a day.
5) Buttermilk
